The rental period commences on the delivery date and concludes on the agreed-upon pickup date, with any extensions subject to additional charges. The rental fee is payable before delivery, and late payments may incur extra charges. Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible locations for delivery and pickup. Prohibited materials, as outlined in the agreement, must not be disposed of in the bins. Any damage to the bins during the rental period is the customer’s responsibility, excluding normal wear and tear. Changes to the schedule must be communicated in advance, and cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. The customer indemnifies the provider against claims arising from bin usage. This agreement is governed by Ontario laws, and disputes are resolved in Ontario courts.
